Does someone have any idea to transfer license in RMA device from faulty device.
Since, Secondary device has been faulty during upgradation firmware upgradation, That's the reason I have to transfer license of Faulty device to new RMA device.

If you select the automatic license transfer option when you open an RMA ticket. Licenses will transfer to the new unit automatically. But If you forget to enable this setting while you open a ticket, you can get support from customer services about that.

Select the “Nominate to Knowledge Base” button to recommend a forum post to become a knowledge article.
