If it is a standalone switch, the command "show switch interface" should help.
FortiSwitches don't have a command, unlike other major switches, to show tagged and untagged vlan list in a table. The closest is "diag switch vlan list" but it doesn't separate between tagged and untagged. So, only place you can see is your config under "switch interface" as @AEK said. Not the outcome of the config in operation.
