Yes it is possible. You need to read this.

I tried this and it does not load sharepoint page. Request comes to fortiweb, but when it reach to sharepoint it gives error.
Can you share the redirection rule and the error message?
Error in browser:
"<h2>Our services aren't available right now</h2><p>We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.""</p>0qG1IZQAAAAB43T6Vm+RiRrZhmIxsKQXeU1lEMDNFREdFMDgxMwBFZGdl"
I think the good way to do so is to add a simple redirection (301) on your web server hub.mydomain.com.
Hi Arif,
Please try the rule below. This rule will redirect https://hub.mydomain.com/ to https://mydomain1.sharepoint.com/sites/headoffice (It won't redirect all sub URLs under the hub.mydomain.com host but only /. If you need to redirect all sub URLs to the same SharePoint URL, then use (.*) instead of ^/$).
