Hi,
I have a "classical" setup where a Fortigate manages a two-tier topologi of Fortiswitches. When I connect new edge-switches to the core-switches they are discovered by the Fortigate as they shood. But now I want to connect two edge-switches to the core-switches that should NOT be discovered or managed by the Fortigate, how can I prevent the Fortigate to discover these switches? I have tried the command "set auto-discovery-fortilink disable "on the ports on the edge-switches, but still the switches are discovered by the Fortigate when I connect them.

Regards,
Can you try issuing that command on the core switch interfaces before you connect the edge switch? I wonder if that will make a difference...
