If you are facing issues with opening videos in the Zalo app using firewall. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
-
Application Control Policies:
- Check the FortiGate's Application Control policies. Make sure that Zalo is not being blocked or restricted by any policy.
- Confirm that the policies allow for the necessary content types, including video streaming.
-
Web Filtering:
- Review the web filtering settings on your FortiGate firewall. Ensure that Zalo's video content is not being blocked by web filtering rules.
-
SSL Inspection:
- If SSL inspection is enabled, it may interfere with the loading of videos. Check your SSL inspection settings and ensure that Zalo is appropriately configured.
-
Traffic Shaping:
- Examine your traffic shaping policies to see if there are any restrictions on video streaming or bandwidth allocation that may be affecting Zalo.
-
Application Override:
- Consider creating an application override policy for Zalo. This allows you to bypass normal application control policies for Zalo traffic, ensuring that it is not being inadvertently blocked.
