How to open video on Zalo App

In my company, I use the firewall Fortinet61F v6.4.6. I can't open the video in the chat box of Zalo app.

The app can send, receive images, messages.

Please support me, thank you!

Try check in firewall's traffic logs what is being blocked when you use it.
