Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a manual which describes how to migrate from a x86 FSSO collector agent version
to a x64 one.
The problem is, at the moment we've some trouble with the x86 agent.
The agents version is 4.3.143.0 and it is running on a Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 64Bit.
Usually the agents crashes two times a day and we don't know why.
The collector agent is monitoring 39 DCs. And 11 FortiGates (FG-100D) are connected to the FSSO collector agent.
The FortiOS version is 5.0.7.
Hopefully someone can help me.
Cheers,
Philipp

Fillip,
With so many DCs, do you think your company would pay for a FortiAuthenticator rather than using the free software version.
FortiAuthenticator also comes as a VMWare image.5
Hi doshbass,
so you think this could be a normal behavior of the FSSO collector agent
because of the amount of the connected DCs?
If yes, we definitely have to switch to a FortiAuthenticator Appliance / VM.
