How to migrate from Mikrotik to Fortigate

Hello, I am working on a project to migrate from Mikrotik to Fortigate. I have worked with Fortigate in the past but not MikroTik. Any suggestions where to look at to have a more smoothly migration?

How big of an environment?

If it is small, I would probably just manually move the interface configs and policies by looking at them side by side.

If it is large, like a medium or enterprise organization, I would probably set  them in parallel and port services over as time and architecture allowed.
