How to manage remote fortigate with dynamic ip

Hi; I need to manage remotes fortigates located on remote offices that are not part of my internal network. This fortigates are used for site to site vpn from the remote offices to my central office. They have internet connection with dynamic ip addresses. I have a Fortimanager located in my central office internal network. What is the best way or How to manage the remote offices fortigates on my FortiManager? I know its looks like a test question but is my real life scenario.

is there NAT between FMG/FGT? for no NAT case, after FMG add FGT, you will see FMG IP in FGT central management config page and if FGT has IP change, FGT will send a new tunnel request to FMG and FMG will update FGT IP in DVM Thanks Simon
