Hi,
on Fortianalyzer VM I have enabled "Allow access from Forticloud" - Enabled.
Now I log in to support.fortinet.com then I go to Services-->Cloud Management" then Fortianalyzer Cloud.
Then in shows me Provision Service to ask to set Region and Time Zone, but after it is set I have an error:

In my opinion, you are trying to configure for the FortiAnalyzer Cloud instance. FortiAnalyzer Cloud's different services.
Can you try with the Remote access button on the asset page?
