How to have a chart by ip by protocol ?

Hi, is there a function to have all traffic by ip by protocol ? Like netflow from cisco .... Regards

Cisco routers include a protocole named netflow. It generate some informations like who uses what when. for exemple: ip 10.32.XX TCP 50 MB ..... I wish to know how can I check the bandwith by ip/user and by protocol ...
