How to fix CVE-2019-5591 vulnerability

Hi All,

Recently the vulnerability of topic "https://www.fortiguard.com/psirt/FG-IR-19-037" is popular, and I have to fix the problem.

I am currently using FWF-90 and already upgraded to Fortios 6.0.12. However, for fixing the issue above, I have to suffering the command "set ca-cert" cannot be executed with error return below.

command parse error before 'ca-cert'

Command fail. Return code -61

Is that necessary to create a ca cert in order to execute the command? Any ideas?
