How to fix 403 Forbidden Error on Fortinet

Hi, we installed Fortinet FG-60C a month ago but often got 403 Forbidden error on some clients' computers. Who can tell me something about fix 403 forbidden? I really don' t know why it came out and don' t know how to do about it. Please give me some advice. Thanks in advance. Apprecite your help.

You need to provide way more detail than this for us to help you diagnose the problem. For example: 1. Are the client computers able to browse the internet? 2. Is this issue happening on HTTP and HTTPS? 3. Is the error occuring a only one web-site? 4. Do you have A/V, IPS, and Application Control turned on the firewall policies.
