How to downgrade firmware FortiSIEM Supervisor

Hello Everyone

I have upgraded the FortiSIEM Supervisor firmware from version 7.4.2 to 7.5.0 and encountered many issues/bugs. Therefore, I would like to downgrade the FortiSIEM Supervisor node back to version 7.4.2.

Could you please assist or advise me on the proper procedure to downgrade the FortiSIEM Supervisor firmware

Hi

The fastest is to restore from VM backup or revert from snapshot.

Any upgrade/update should be preceded by backup.

My FortiSIEM is FortiSIEM 3600G, and it does not have a snapshot feature.

I've never had to restore FSM before, but the procedure you shared is official and should work as expected. If I was in the same situation I'd execute it as described.
