How to change device registration from one account to another

Hi ,

We bought a fortigate 40F device for a client and registered it under client name. However due to termination of contract client returned us the device . How do we de-register device from one account and register it on another acount.

Hello,

 

You may consider to open a customer support (not TAC) ticket and ask to move the device between accounts.
