How to calculate the throughput performance of FortiGate-VMUL?

FortiGate-VMUL support unlimited vCPUs, but the datasheet does not tell how to calculate the throughput.

I need a formula to calculate the throughput by vCPU number.

And does the throughput grows linear by vCPU?

Hello,

You may find command "get system performance status" useful. It will return how much traffic is processed by FortiGate:

Generally throughput will positively correlate with the number of vCPU, however the results may depend how benchmark test is conducted.
