How to block toolbar and facebook add-ons in any explorer

I using the FG50b v3 (MR7 Patch 8), i want to block the toolbar(google,yahoo,and ask toolbar) in any internet explorer. In the web filter, i have block the facebook website, but the client can login the facebook in toolbar add-ons pass through the fortigate. how to i do now?
