How to block google driver from the web browser ?

Hi

 

I have enable web filter function and block the "Bandwidth Consuming" by FortiGuard category based filter list.

 

However, it only works on Chrome and IE browsers without a Google account login.

 

Once a user has signed in to a GOOGLE account, it cannot blocked google drive web page .

 

Is this normal? Or is there another way?
