How to Use web filter to block all sites except Google Firebase

We have requirements to block all the requests except Google Firebase , what is the best practise to achieve that ?

BTW we have got on some links below that related to google cloud service and is there any other links that related to firebase service.

To configure a web filter to block all sites except Google Firebase in FortiGate firewall, you can follow these steps:

1. Create a new Web Filter profile in Security Profiles on your FortiGate firewall.
2. Name the new Web Filter profile.
3. Enable the Static URL Filter feature.
4. In the Static URL Filter settings, add an entry to block all websites except for Google Firebase.
The * with block rule must be the bottom. Once done, save the Web Filter.
5. Apply this created web filter in the firewall policy.
