How to Reset Unit ID on a FVC-40s.

We are replacing our old talkswitch unit with a FVoice FVC-40s. We made the mistake of plugging in the FVC40S into the same network that the old TS was on, and now our FVC40s is set to "unit 2". We have since moved it to a private network with its own router, for purposes of reconfiguring it to replace the old TS unit, but cannot get the 40s back to "unit 1". There is no place to set this. 

How can we get it reset to unit 1? We've tried doing a paper-clip hard reset (hold until both status lights turn red and release), which sets everything back to factory defaults except for the unit ID. Additionally, we've tried resetting back to factory defaults via FVoice 7.31 (build 004) which we are running. 

How can we get this accomplished?
