How to QoS Demostic and Internaltion.

Hi Guys,

I having a leadline with bandwith Demostic is 300Mbps and Internaltion is 100Mbps.  I have lists IP address Demostic, If devies send packet to lists IP Demostic then devices recived 30Mbps and If devies send packet not IP Demostic then devices recived 10Mbps. How to QoS Demostic and Internaltion?
