How to Customize report in FortiCloud and Receive desired reports on specific Email addres

Hello Experts,

We are using FortiAnalyzer 100C with online launch portal of FortiCloud FortiOs 5.0.0 in our office. My requirement is to get specific things from Fortinet Firewall reports on my personal email id (ks@gmail.com). For example i want only report of 4 things like as Top users by website, Bandwith utilization, Top Virus attack, Top session by Protocol. 

By Default, Forticloud send me report of all things which is facilited by Fortinet (see attached pdf) but i do not want to such kind of things with reports, i want to show minimal report to my Boss. Then what i need to do and where (FortiAnalyser or Forticloud Settings) ?

Secondly, Some identity in Report comes with ip address of users but not coming with Domain user login ID. Our all domain user/group authenticating with firewall, we are not using ip based policy in Fortinet. then my report partially comes with Domain user ID.  (  I am not talking here about Hostname of Computer because Domain user login id and Computer hostname both are different thing).
