How to Create Policy for LDAP user

Hello my friends,

i need your help. I have a Fortigate firewall and need to filter traffic.
Specifically, I want to prevent users from watching movies or accessing NETFLIX.
I have an LDAP Server implemented on Fortigate, which integrates with our Active Directory, allowing me to see all employees.
How can I filter traffic so that, for instance, USER1 cannot access NETFLIX?
