Hi Experts, I am new to fortigate firewalls. We are using Fortigate 240D. Our ISP assigned a WAN IP and 3 LAN Subnets. Can you please help me to configure multiple LAN Subnets? Regards Murali

For FG-240D, default it have LAN interface include 40 port. You may delete default " virtual-switch" , can create 3 independent " virtual-switch" , each " virtual-switch" map one LAN subnet. config system virtual-switch edit " lan" set physical-switch " sw0" config port edit " port1" next edit " port2" next edit " port3" next edit " port4" next edit " port5" next edit " port6" next edit " port7" next edit " port8" next edit " port9" next edit " port10" next edit " port11" next edit " port12" next edit " port13" next edit " port14" next edit " port15" next edit " port16" next edit " port17" next edit " port18" next edit " port19" next edit " port20" next edit " port21" next edit " port22" next edit " port23" next edit " port24" next edit " port25" next edit " port26" next edit " port27" next edit " port28" next edit " port29" next edit " port30" next edit " port31" next edit " port32" next edit " port33" next edit " port34" next edit " port35" next edit " port36" next edit " port37" next edit " port38" next edit " port39" next edit " port40" next end next end

Hi, config system global set internal-switch-mode interface end Once the device is rebooted, it will not have any network settings. Therefore, we must configure IP address and allowed access (http or https) to a particular network port which can be accessed through network cable and internet browser later.
