How to Block ultrasurf 15

Hi, I am testing with the version (ultrasurf 15) but the firewall isn't blocking the application and is possible get in to whatever page. Could you know if is possible block with version 5.0.9? If is possible, how could I block ultrasurf?

Do you have updated signatures?

Do you have a Firewall policy with Application control (and ultrasurfed blocked on that profile)?
