How to Block Uploading

Hi, there I' m using fortigate60 How can I block all uploading (files upload) ?

There are a lot of ways to upload files. WHat are you trying to block? FTP, HTTP Post, Instant messenger, P2P file sharing????

If you only allow FTP, then that is all that will be allowed. EVerything else will be blocked. I feel I am misunderstanding something here

I think you cannot only block uploading and allow downloading except FTP, for which you could specify ftp-put or ftp-get in firewall service filed.
