How to Block Administrator Account Multiple Access

First of all, please understand that I am not good at English and I can not write smoothly by writing a translator.

It is now necessary to apply account access security for FortiGate 101E(Firmware v5.4.8) devices.

1. Set up only one person in one account

2. If you already have administrator access to the firewall, you can disable access to other administrators

(global) # set admin-concurrent disable   

I try to set it with command.   

(global) # set policy-auth-concurrent <number>

The command did not need to be set by the trust host IP registration in the GUI.

I can not find a way to do it.  

I have searched the Fortinet Knowledge Base and CookBook, and checked the configuration and commands in the firewall GUI and CLI, but found no way.
