How to ALLOW a specific URL when category or unrated is blocked
Log in to the control panel of your web filtering or network security system. This could be a firewall, DNS filter, or any content filtering tool you use.
Locate URL Filtering Settings: Find the section where URL filtering or content categories are managed. This might be under headings like "Web Filtering," "Content Filtering," or "Access Control."

Please refer to the below document to allow the website with Unrated Category
You can use the static URL to allow a certain URL when the webfilter category is blocked and you wish to enable that particular URL.
1.Go to Security Profiles -> Web Filter.
2.Select a web filter to edit.
3.Under Static URL Filter, enable URL Filter, and select Create New.
4.Enter the URL, without the “http”, for example: *example*
5.Select a Type: Wildcard
6.Select the Action as Exempt
7.Select 'Enable'.
8.Select 'OK'.

There were guides that teach how to whitelist the executable under Object>Security Profile>File blocking. However this is not what I want as it allows all .exe through instead of only veeambackuphelper.exe. https://100001.onl/
