How do I get FCREMOVE.exe for a free copy of Forticlient

I am unable to download the tools and I have a free copy of Forticlient installed and I can not remove it

It is not showing in add/remove programs.  We can't uninstall   We can't install.  We are stuck

Any ideas?

Could you please try to browse to https://support.fortinet.com -> Support -> Firmware Downloads -> Products select Forticlient -> Select the OS -> Browse to the forticlient version and download the forticlient tools zip

Sorry, you don't have any product covered by Fortinet support contract.

Please contact Fortinet partners to purchase Fortinet support contract or Fortinet customer service team at cs@fortinet.com.

You need to have atleast one EMS under your forticloud account to download it.

Thank you! I was in a similar situation, our company was purchased by another who moved us off of our Fortinet solutions and let our support contract expire after 8 years, lol. And then I was told by Fortinet I needed an active license to get this tool. I appreciate it, saved me a lot of time.

There are a couple solutions discussed in this community post a while back without using the FCRemover tool. Can you make sure FortiClient is not running and proceed to shut down the client?
