How can i activate HA failure email alert on fortigate ?

I have already a CLI rules and i would like to add this to deploy on every fortigate.

Quelle serait la commande à mettre dans un CLI pour l'activer plz ? j'ai trouvé pour les paramètres mais pas le enable.
