How configure 2FA on Fortigate with FortiToken registered on FortiAuthenticator

Hi,

We have an FG300E on v6.2.1 and i need to make the 2FA work on administrator account.  I have configured the FAC and the Fortigate RADIUS setting correctly and I have successfully tested the connection and the user credential from the FG.  The FortiTokens are registered on the FAC as per instruction from Fortinet support. (BTW, the 2FA works on the FAC)

I created a new administrator user on the FG300E

- set the type to remote user (match user on a remote server group)

- selected the correct remote use group (provided though established  RADIUS connection)   

The test account still doent' work because there is no 2FA challenge from the Fortigate.

How do i tell the Fortigate to use the 2FA token on the FAC?
