How can I Create a Username on Fortinet 400F Firewall with Special Characters in a username For Eg (Network.Support)

Hi Sadil

The dots (.) is not allowed administrator usernames since FortiOS 7.4.0, but it is allowed once again in FortiOS 7.4.5, and it will be allowed starting from FortiOS 7.6.1 as well.
