How can I fix (Rcode=-810, Hcode=-1004) (-20199)

I have been working with Fortinet VPN 5.4 for the past few days and it was performing well. Since yesterday I am not sure what the issue is but I get the following error.

An abonormal condition is detected. You need to reboot your PC to fix this issue. (Rcode=-810, Hcode=-1004) (-20199)

I am running windows 7 64bit ultimate which is fully updated. I have tried rebooting several times but I cannot seem to make the VPN to my work place to work. My other laptop can still connect but I use this one laptop for work. Please help me resolve the issue I am stranded.
