We have an issue with some of our contractors who use their laptops. Some happened when we installed FortiClient version 7.0.10 and higher on their device; it picked another email address rather than our company email address for authentication! And how is change?
The main question is where or how FortiClient picks the email address in this version and higher.

Whatever it is given in the user and authentication that wit will pick. ALso if you have ldap and radius users.
If I give the FortiClient agent to the contractor and they install it on their computer, and if they have two accounts in our ldap (one as a main and the other one as a guest), and if FC takes the guest account, how can I change it to the other one?
