Hole for specific IP to connect to specific machine

I' m new to this thing and I' m trying to find out how to create a hole through the firewall. Basically the firewall protects a company domain of a little bit more than 300 machines, and I need to grant access to a remote server machine to access a " SPECIFIC" server in our domain through a hole. I don' t want it to be VPN access, just a direct hole between my specific server and his. If anyone can provide me with detailed procedures that would be awesome and surely will help me a lot!
