High failure rate for one user group after upgrade from 7.2.11 to 7.4.8

After upgrade, one particular large user group (1400 members) is seeing a high number of incidents where Forticlient SSL VPN authenticates, sets up tunnel and then exits after 1-2 seconds with "User requested termination of service". Eventually it works so not consistent on any client. Any ideas?

Hello,

Do we have any AV installed on the end PC. Can a test be carried out by disabling the AV and verify the connectivity.

They are running Defender, but can't be AV as if the user changes to connecting on a different endpoint and therefore different group the problem goes away.

I think issue is dtls related as an increase from 10 to 20 for dtls-hello-timeout reduced occurrences massively.
