High Memory

We have this odd issue where the CPU is spiking to 88% on avg its 82% and causing the firewall

We have rebooted the firewall which solves the issue for about 2 weeks.

To make it worse cmdbsvr crashed and the firewalls failover.

Tried killing wad but 1 second later its all back.

Plus all demons go into sleep.

FGT is on version 6.2.2.

Try upgrading to 6.2.3 as it appears to fix some issues with the WAD workers (or other issues).  See the Proxy section in the release notes.

I agree.. 6.2.2 had some nasty memory leaks.

Thank you all, planning is in process for a upgrade. I suspected a memory leak but could not convince myself that a memory leak could appear in version 6.2.2. Fingers crossed for the upgrade hope there is no nasty surprises.

Upgraded to 6.2.3, so far so good no memory issues.
