Hide the "new firmware" in the GUI

Hi Forum 

Im trying to hide ALL the "New firmware" notification in the GUI.

I already have the "set gui-firmware-upgrade-warning disable" under "config system global" and that works for the notification in the menu-bar under "system" and "firmware"

However i still get a notification on the dashboard in the "System information" widget.

Any way to suppress thjis notification?

Hi @kiilerich ,

Once you disabled that on the GUI, please click on that notification and select "dismiss".

It will not coming up anymore in the future.

That only works on a per user level and it will show up again when next software are released.

I really need something that will silence notification for updates anyware...always....

Software updates are done via central management.
