It' s here: login to Partner' s site in the grey menu bar, select " Sales Tools" select " MTBF" on the 3rd page, get " FortiGate-3950B MTBF prediction report" dated 2010-07-12 HTH.

Your local Fortinet SE should've access to the most current MTBF reports if it is needed.
