Hello, could someone help me with this? I need a global solution since there are multiple devices involved and it’s not feasible to fix it device by device.

You probably enabled deep inspection on your FortiGate. Your issue is usually because the signing certificate on FGT is not trusted by the clients.
Start by disabling deep inspection to unlock the urgent situation then try to fix the certificate issue, either by deploying the FGT CA cert on the clients or by using a domain's sub CA on your FGT.
PS: If you can change the title of the post to something like "Can't establish a secure connection" or similar it will help the community members.
