Help with a Custom Report

I could use some help coming up with a custom report that prior to the 5.x firmware updates was a stock report.  At least I think it was.  Anyway, I need help creating one that will summarize the webfilter categories hit by hour of the day for a specific user. I'm not sure how to proceed with it so any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi, you may check under Advanced, dataset and customize one of the entries for your specific query.
