Help required with VDOM DELETION.
Hi,
I tried to edit a vdom but made a spelling mistake which created a new vdom without realising. I retrieved the config on fortimanager as they were showing out of sync.
Upon realising I deleted the vdom from the cli on the fortigate which worked and then retrieved the config on fortimanager but the new vdom still exists in FMG and no longer in gateway.
In FMG I tried deleting it by selecting it and then clicking delete but it won't work as I get an error "internal error"
Could you please help me out with this.
Thank you.

Hey,
I have questioned if an interface does not have a set VDOM command. How fortigate treat that interface will it be still part of root VDOM or I am missing something ?
Fortigate version- 6.0
sample config-
edit "mgmt1" set ip x.x.x.249 255.x.x.0 set allowaccess ping https ssh snmp http fgfm set vlanforward enable set type physical set dedicated-to management set netflow-sampler both set fortiheartbeat enable set role lan set snmp-index 1 next
In this case what should be the expected behavior of this interface? will it be not part of the default VDOM root.
Thanks..
