The following should be the right protection:

• A small FortiGate 90G for firewalling
• + a small FortiWeb VM01 (for 25 Mbps) or FortiWeb VM02 (for 100 Mbps) for WAF protection
• + a regular online & offline backup of your data

I guess this Web server and its data is critical for your business, in that case it should be well studied, designed and configured by a professional. Nowadays every single server on the internet is targeted.

If you want to do it yourself we may guide you step by stem but it will be long work, and probably not so optimal.
