HTTPS Server is not accessible from outside

Hi, We have made one server public, and it was working fine till yesterday. and was able to access through 80&443 . But now ,only 80 is working and https is not loading. I have tested with other ports like RDP and all other ports works fine. Box is 50B- 4.0.10 Note:- UTM is not applied, no active subscription. TT Done - Dia sniffer packet wan1 ' tcp and port 443' Only Syn is there, not getting any ACK. Thanks in advance for the help.. !

Did a simple restart.. It works fine now. But any clue or guess about the reason.

Next time use the diag debug flow and build diagnostic on what the flow is doing or what the 50B is thinking it' s doing. Now that you rebooted the firewall appliance, we can only guess what the problem(s) might have been. A FGT50B is quite old, are you on the latest firmware? 4 MR3 p18 build 689.

Yes Emnoc, Hopefully will get that next time. OS is 4 MR2 Patch 10. I have been asking them to upgrade to 4.3.15 , since they have problem with SSL VPN as well. After the https warning page, nothing is loading and client also not getting connect. I can give more details later. Thanks a lot.

Hi Dave, You mean 443? No.. We are using another custom port for https administrative access which is not being used anywhere else. Thanks Nihas
