Hello all,
I have a client's HP 450 G4 laptop running FortiClient 6.0 for Windows.
We are able to connect the IPSEC VPN but no IP address is assigned to the FortiNet Virtual adapter.
We can see that an IP address is assigned to the machine when monitoring the FW.
Connecting from a different machine we are able to receive an IP address successfully.
Does anyone know of specific software on the HP (Windows 10) that would cause this?
Assistance would be much appreciated!
Kind regards,
Theo

I have the same issue on an HP ProDesk desktop. I make a connection and show bytes being transferred out, but no data in and no IP assigned.
I have the same problem with three HP laptops; on one Hp elitebook 8570w we reinstall FortiClient to 6.0.9 and start working fine, but on the other two they still don't work with reinstallation.
On one laptop, the IP address is not assigned and on the other (HP 240 G6) it receives the IP address and shows the bytes that are transferred but zero bytes received.
Any report or KB on how to solve this problem?
