HELO DNS Lookup on google email.

kindly, I work in a country branch for a company. we have a global email Server on google.

now there is emails with HELO DNS Lookup.

Can any one help me?

What do you mean by HELO DNS lookups?

HELO is  "smtp" and has nothing to do with DNS. In fact we need  DNS queries A/MX of the receiver domain and in  some cases the  receiver  ( no so much for the MX ) .

Are you seeing many false -pos or having mail delivery issues?

i had read a lot of information and the best desecration is:

HELO DNS lookup

Whenever a client opens an SMTP session with a server, the client sends a HELO command with the client domain name. The FortiGate unit takes the domain name specified by the client in the HELO and does a DNS lookup to determine if the domain exists. If the lookup fails, the FortiGate unit determines that any messages delivered during the SMTP session are spam.

The HELO DNS lookup is available only for SMTP traffic.
