HA Interface

I have configured HA on two FG 310B and in my current network infrastructure this FG-310B connects with FG-1000 over ipsec site to site tunnel and routes learned via OSPF. Now when HA is enabled there is no route exchange between the FG-310B and FG-1000 but after disabling the HA interface on the FG-310B the routes are exchange smoothly. I am running v4.0 MR1 in FG 310B and v3.0 MR7 in FG-1000. Thanks & regards.

Is the HA interface also providing OSPF?
