Good day, I have a request from a customer to create a guest Wi-Fi, where the customer will connect to the network and there will be a captive portal with an email collector, but to also have the email truly verified, meaning after entering the email, a verification code or link will come to the email to confirm the connection. Does Fortinet offer such an option, or will it be necessary to use an external portal or some paid service from Fortinet? Thank you for your reply.

Hi,
The Fortigate enables basic captive portal authentication for Guest SSID; however, if you need to authenticate using an email token, you need to use an external portal authentication device such as Fortiauthenticator.
Kindly refer the below document.
