Hello,
Still learning FortiGate.
Experiencing difficulty getting access through firewall for Retrospect backup software.
Retrospect is telling us, 'Host Not Found. Or Network Unavailable' when we try connecting to MS Azure or AWS.
Retrospect communicates through port 497. And we opened that port. Still, no joy.
Any suggestions as to what is blocking our access?
