Geographical Location FRANCE denied forward by policy 0

Dears,

Can someone explain why FRANCE IP subnet denied while other country is OK. Im whitelisting geographical on

firewall policy to allowed which country can access our external MAP IP with assign port.

Below logs shows for references.

Hello,

If I am reading the output correctly, the source IP address 91.223.100.5 originates in the UK according to the website iplocation.net.
